Nice stay. Everyone i.e. front staff, room service, house keeping, bell captain, security was very nice and treated us very well. All are very co operative. Foods are very tasty. Had pleasant and enjoyable stay. Had birthday function in your hotel on 12th March. Well organized by the |hotel staff.

This was truly one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from the delicious food and impeccable service to the warm and attentive staff was absolutely perfect. The hospitality was exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. A special mention to Alen, whose kindness, warmth, and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. She was simply wonderful. Overall, it was a delightful experience for me and my family, and we cherished every moment.

Valet Parking or Security? A Disappointing Experience at a 5-Star Hotel I’m genuinely perplexed by the roles and responsibilities assigned at this so-called 5-star hotel. What does a security personnel have to do with valet services? Today, I had an unsettling experience when I handed over my valet ticket to someone dressed like a security guard. He took my ticket, retrieved my vehicle key, and then, to my surprise, asked if I would like to go to the parking lot myself to get my car. I was utterly shocked. I immediately asked him, “Did I not hand over my vehicle for valet parking?” Instead of acknowledging the issue, he gave me excuses, seemingly unaware of what valet parking actually entails. While I don’t blame him personally, I do hold the management responsible for the poor training that led to this situation. Furthermore, where was the actual valet team? Why was a security guard handling valet responsibilities? This highlights a deeper issue—lack of proper training and role clarity. Management needs to ensure their staff understands the fundamental purpose of valet parking and assigns the right people for the job. For context, I usually tip valet attendants at least ₹100 as a token of appreciation. Today, I handed ₹50, hoping it would serve as a reminder that their job, when done right, deserves recognition. To the management: Please educate your staff on the basics of valet parking. A 5-star hotel should offer a seamless, professional experience—not confusion and mismanagement.

Had a great stay at Karthika Park. Top hospitality from the staffs. The room and amenities were top notch. Had a very good restaurant dining experience as well. The check in was very smooth. Overall a very comfortable and awesome stay. I would recommend to anyone all day

My stay at the hotel in Thiruvananthapuram with my family was a very pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are well maintained with facilities matching its 4- star status. The staff in general and at the front desk in particular were efficient. quick and prompt in meeting our requirements. Keep it up.
